18 days and not 1 step closer to phone being fixed

I changed from Virgin mobile to Vodacom on 19 Des 2013. I got IPhone S5 32 GB. About 2 weeks later phone started to freeze and camera went black. Took phone in for repairs. Phoned everyday to find out the status of repairs. I was told they could not get in as they did not know my passwords. Gave all my passwords and yet they send it back to branch not fixed so that I could delete all applications. It is a 80km drive for me. Phone went back to store and I phoned everyday yet again, just to be told that all is not deleted and they can not fix it and if I did not get correct passwords then I have a very expensive paper weight!!! I had to fax proof of payment so that they could email Apple to assist. Now 4 days later no movement as Apple has not responded?!!! Many, many hours on my Telkom phone and still no closer to having my fixed phone back after 18 days!!!
