Call Centre Poor Service

I called Customer Care today at 13:14 and was attended by consultant called Mbulelo and could not understand my challenge with data contract service that looses connection at places like Sunninghill. My data service was cleared to be fine but i was asked to swap SIM cards and promised a return call to resolve my query. I have not received any call.

In Dec 2013 I was contacted by another third part of Vodacom that sold a new data line service and promised a delivery within 72 hour up to today I have not received a package and no call to verify whether I got the package or am happy with the service. Today the same service provider called me offering me the same service as new call when questioning them about last they blame it on the courier service.

I need all my queries attended and resolution of them. The third party is called direct marketing and they were calling me from Durban and my delivery ref no was 1130392.

I feel aggrieved by the mediocre service from Vodacom, I feel I am taken for granted after my loyalty with them dating to more than ten years.

Vodacom should come forth and out root this disservice to customers and attend to their consultants and third parties.
