I had my contract upgraded on the 25th/01/14 from a blackberry to a Sony which I still had my BIService the lady that assisted at the west gate branch never informed me u will lose/ forfeit my bundle and since my bundle was updated on the 14th each month I'm told I will have to wait for the 14th of Feb to have my bundle added again. I then called the customer service to query this, first spoke to agent Nqobile who couldn't assist me and put me on hold for approximately 10 mins for a supervisor Ribelani who also told me he couldn't help me however will log a query which I have to wait for feedback for 24hours still with no bundle when I have already paid the full BIS amount for January and the newcontract to be debitted endof February. This service is not acceptable from a so called service provider". Please help sort this out for me with MTN.
