We moved from Sasolburg to Sonlandpark. I arrange online for our line to be moved. the dates supplied online were the 14th of Jan for the ending of the line and he 16th of Jan for the installation of the line in our new places. We are now at the end of Jan and still nothing has happend. This I call terrible service. If you can't do it by the dates stipulated on your website then you must either change your dates, or let you customers know that there is a problem. And you guys expect payment, but I feel we don't need to pay for a full months service because we haven't received a full months payment...
