Telkom you have no customer service!!
I received an SMS to say you will be installing my line at the begining of the month and guess what you didnt do it. Then i got another SMS for today. I made arrangements to have someone there the whole day and at 3:39 I get a message to say you not coming... This is absolute non sense!!! This is not the first time! I am now paying for a month that I have not been able to use the phone as well as paying my internet provider for no service as your line is still not installed/moved to my new residence! I will be waiting for your waste of time call to "explain"
