Good day,

I am disgusted with Vodacoms incompetence. I have taken out a contract in October 2013 and returned the handset and contract packaging within 14 days.. trusting Vodacom to cancel this within the same timeframe... which they failed to do. I picked up in January 2014 that this line hasn't been cancelled and I have been billed throughout and requested a refund into my bank account. I am utterly disgusted with the service I am receiving with processing of this. Line was cancelled in 8 January 2014... Account number: i18756377.

I have spoken to Popeho Maloi, Nonhlanla Vilakazi, Tshepi Matasane, Charlotte Mavunda, Thando Mavinane, Lindiwe Khubeka, Noni from after sales, Seella Malutha, and finally Noku nkgoeng. These individuals only escalated the matter, no one took ownership to resolve this issue. You will be hearing from my attorney's Hassan, Parsee, Poonvalingum and Associates if the refund is not in my account by Wednesday 29/1/2014...
Also cancellation of all my contracts with Vodacom free of charge!!! I don't wish to deal with Vodacom because of the level of incompetence!!
