After several months and numerous attempts to have my Contract cancelled after transactions took place, Cell C was unable to assist me. On the 01 and the 10th of January 2014, I wrote a report on Hello peter and was contacted by the Call centre and each time there were promises made that they will immediately cancel my contract and send me forms to cancel my Debit order and statements for the amount I owe to them. NOTHING HAS BEEN HEARD FROM THEM SINCE THEN AND I AM AFRAID THAT THEY WILL AGAIN TRY TO DEDUCT HUGE AMOUNTS FROM MY ACCOUNT THAT WAS ACCUMULATED BY THE, AS IT WAS DONE LAST MONTH!!! CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE, PLEASE HELP ME!!! I AM DESPERATE!!!
