The best service I have had in YEARS!

I have switched my ADSL line to webafrica last year. Ever since I have been trying to get my line upgraded to 10Meg to no avail even though Telkom told me that there are ports available for my line. I have phoned, emailed, logged calls etc, but nothing ever happened.

On Thursday, 9 May I received a call from Monique April, Senior Adsl Lines and Billing Agent. She said to me that she will investigate.

Telkom told her that there are no 10Meg ports available but she kept phoning them and escalating.

Today, Tuesday 14 May she phoned me and was very excited to tell me that my line was upgraded to 10Meg!

I would hereby like to say: If you need something done, phone and ask for Monique, she goes further than the extra mile to help clients.

THANK YOU MONIQUE!!! You are the best customer support agent I have dealt with in a very long time :)
Keep up the good work, and thank you for earning your salary, you are TOPS!
