Damaged Cellphone: New Sony Experia Z1

This matter remains unresolved as courier company only contacted me for the side of my story-no resultion. Secondly, I fail to understand why this matter is relegated to courier company that I have no dealings with.
I only signed my agreement with MTN not a courier company.
Lastly, I have never used this cellphone as much as I do not even know what its number is as I never activated it. I have already started paying monthly fees for the cellphone that I not using. Cancellation of the agreement and refund of deducted monthly fees is the only option I am pursuing
