Refuse to refund D/O's after signatory deceased

My late wife A Van Heerden signed a contract o.b.o. Success Panelbeaters in approx 1995. She passed away in 2005. I cancelled the contract approx. 3 months later. About 3 weeks after I requested cancellation, I tried to use the phone & found the phone had no more signal, so discarded the sim card. Success Panelbeaters was sold in about 2003 or 2004. The contract expired on the 27 July 2005 and was dormant. Since about June 2005 I have been debited R260.60 every month from my personal account despite the contract having expired, the account not registered for RICA, no services received and no statements received. My late wife used to manage all the finances. I am a pensioner, am nearly 72 years old, and have to sell my home to survive. I have sent an Affidavit and all other necessary documents, and have been told I will not be receiving a refund. Ref no. EC-Z9HH-2QNFE6, EC-Z9FO-2WFEW7, A1-JCYT-F8ET3, S3-LZH22-2ZLZ1. I find it difficult to believe that a co can sponsor a soccer team e.t.c., but not refund a pensioner for monies taken where no service was provided / upgrades e.t.c. given.
