Worst Data Network in South Africa

In August I took up the CELLC offer of the cheapest DATA available in South Africa and purchased a 100 Gig bundle. I subsequently found out why it is the cheapest. I get speeds of 80 kilobits per second. I have logged a call with CELLC and sent emails (call 0845868477). I have even driven around and tested speeds at different towers. They have responded to me but not with a solution. I have even emailed them and asked for my money back. Since that email I have not heard a thing.
