I tried to apply for an Internet line as I just moved into a new place. I applied with Telkom, Neotel, Mweb and another company i found online. of all the companies, Telkom was the first to respond, and even though its not always possible for me to answer my call, the called me back as they said they would. I was notified via SMS of the whole process and after one quick call, everything was arranged and a technician has already been appointed. Mweb phoned me 5 hours after telkom, and i'm still waiting for the other companies to call me back. Well done telkom. looking forward to having you as a service provider!
