Vodacom refuses to explain to me how I allegedly exceeded my fixed data contract with 900 meg.
I have logged complaints with them but suddenly an employee with the name Tessan concluded no complaints were ever received on her system
This problem drags from July - August 2013 and NO-ONE in Vodacom can resolve said problem other than to explain that I have to pay up.
The most recent complaint logged on 10 October 2013 reference number S3-T363U-UWF6G
Can U please help in resolving the problem?
