After spending an entire week trying to "purchase" the LTE service, following about 30 phone calls and hours of airtime (at my cost, of course). Once receiving the LTE router and service today, I find that the my email domain cannot be accessed from this service as it is blocked!
On logging a case with 8ta, I'm now told that I would have to wait for 72 hours to have it resolved. This would have been acceptable if the call center agent's attitude was pleasant and customer facing, but with no surprises, their attitude leaves much to be desired!
Speaking to their Manager on Duty now, he confirms that nothing can be done and their agent Mandisa Cindi, encourages me to "do as I please" if I wish to cancel the service (shocking, to say the least). They also seem to be having any evening party at this time with the noise and screaming taking place.
I am keen to cancel this service and to meet with Attila Vitai to download my experience. I'm sure that if is treated this way as a customer, he would not be impressed!!! Wonder whether Telkom is profitable, if not, no wonder why?
