DISGUSTING LACK OF SERVICE AND NETWORK COVERAGE P3

So, after some more complete incompetence from Cell C, I escalated them to ICASA on Thursday 11 July 2013, and cc'd them. I guess this sort of maybe perhaps possibly woke them up... a little. The next day, I get a call from a consultant wanting to assist me to complete a complaint form THAT I COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED MORE THAN A MONTH AGO. I then request to have the contracts terminated, again. She advises that someone from Retentions would call me the next day (Sat 13 July 2013). To date, no one has called. And this, after having called the Retentions Dept on both Mon 15 and Tues 16 July 2013 and being told that "my supervisor is busy but will definitely call you back".

Seriously, what a pathetic organisation. Can sign you up in minutes and take your hard-earned money in seconds, BUT CANNOT RESOLVE ISSUES FOR WEEKS (AND MONTHS) ON END!!!

I can't wait to now see the outcome of my complaint with ICASA.

Service providers that provide this level of incompetence and utter disregard for their own business should definitely not be serving the South African public - we need to raise our standards and demand that they be met.
