I had an account with Altech Auto page. I have cancelled my contract with more than a year back later that same year i received a bill for R6000.00 and R4000.00 they have debited my bank account with the respective amounts i had contacted them with this problem they then advised that it was there fault and do not know how the sim card became active again. I have now been struggling for months with them to have my money refunded and to date have had no joy. Every time you call them they have a different story and you never get to speak to a manager or supervisor. And then they still have i check to send me final demands for money they owe me and not me them.
