I went to Darro Electronics in Boksburg, Johannesburg, today to have my Galaxy S2 phone repaired as it kept draining my battery (or so I thought). When I got there, I was greeted with a smile and was assisted by one of the ladies at the reception. Before long my phone was booked in, offered a seat and even offered a cup of coffee by the owner of the service center, a guy by the name of Jason. After only 15 minutes of waiting, a Technician came through from the workshop and explained to me that there was nothing wrong with my S2 but that all I needed to do was shut down the Bluetooth, GPS, Internet and reduce the Screen display brightness whenever I wasn't using them for my battery power to last. I ended up paying only handling charges instead of repair charges. Am quite impressed with the level of service I got today. Kudos to you, Darro.
