Currently in Cape Town Southern Suburbs (Claremont, Rondebosch, Observatory, Wineberg areas) there are NO 3G coverage at ALL.
I have been on edge for the last 4 days. I have reset my phone, used another cell c sim card, asked other friends on Cell C to verify: all with the same results... NO 3G service in this area at ALL! - had a BRIEF moment of 3G for about half a minute some time but that was it.
When i visited the CBD and Seapoint/Green Point and Durbanville areas, 3G was fully functional.
This is not the first or even fifth time we / I have issues with Cell C network in Southern Subs of Cape Town.
I also JUST (beginning of July) started my data contract with Cell C. This is not tolerable. How am I supposed to benefit from 20 GB per month if I only have edge?
