The service I have received from mtn the past week has been totally horrible. I am a contract customer and my bis hasn't been working since Sunday. I have made more than 20calls to them and till today i haven't received any help. From one call centre agent to the other, they were all rude and unpleasant to deal with. My last resort was the mtn shop and the experience was the worst. I have been with mtn for 10years and for them to not be able to assist me is frustrating even more so unacceptable. I know my R250 monthly contracts and all the mony i use on airtime is not big enough for cellphone network giants like mtn and am seeking a better option. After 20 calls and 2 visits to your store my problem still remains unsolved.
