Hello Peter, I'm still getting ripped off by Matrix's third parties Road Cure. After sending you an email they called and still insisted that I agreed to have a contract with them, and I insisted that I should be emailed the voice record that proved what they said. They also send me messages saying they have cancelled the contracts (Road Cure, SOS Squad, So Music). They emailed me the voice records but I could not download and listen to it. I got a call from a lady named Ndumi who changed a statement and said I agreed to other contracts except So Music. Then they wanted to refund money of about R396.00. I did not agree to the refund because I needed all the money that the bank charged which is close to R2000.00. On the 31st of October, Road Cure debited my account even though I complaint to them, cancelled, received messages from them about cancelling. When I called them, I talked again to Ndumi who told me that "my account" was activated again without my consent. I don't understand how can I talk to Matrix people and agree to other account, and after a while I did not agree only one (SO Music) but agreed to two of them (Road Cure and SOS Squad). I really need a solution, calling them did not help.
