It gets worse!

Response after last complaint:

"We're so sorry about the issues with your order. The item arrived damaged to our warehouse and we subsequently could not send it to you. Unfortunately this item was out of stock and we needed to order more from our supplier.

Our communication with you, on this occasion, was poor. We can assure you that we are investigating where we went wrong to make sure this doesn't happen again.

This level of service is certainly not the norm for us so we truly hope you'll give us another chance to redeem ourselves.

But they are clearly not sorry enough to refund my money after two phone calls to their "help line" and this response a week ago! Every time i place a call i am ensured i will receive my refund in 1-2 working days. Enough is enough! how much more time must i waste because of your terrible, disgusting service! This is actually beyond a joke!
