I have for the last two and a half weeks not been able to connect to the internet. I have used a different networks sim card in my modem and connected immediately to the internet.
I have been to the cell c shop twice and contacted the technical help line last Saturday whom told me they would look into the matter and contact me within three days. But to date still no signal (at times I get edge but no whoosh) Totally disappointed and still have not been contacted.
