Cell C Poor Service Delivery

I had purchased a Cell C Speed stick about a month ago at Cell C Westgate the staff were friendly and i left a happy man. However after using the Cell C Internet service for two days i Started having problems. My Signal strength is always 100% and am consistently connected to HSUPA, however i cannot connect to pages on the internet and sometimes for a whole evening regardless of signal strength, The issue was raised by the call center, and i was told i would be contacted via SMS with a progress report, that was a month ago... Cell C Why advertise a Service you cannot supply Consistently? I study Part time online and access to the internet is Vital. i am seriously regretting choosing you as a service provider...
