About 4 weeks ago my partner and purchased one of the MTN packages which included a phone and a Samsung TV, via contract. We got the phone 3 days later and till to date the TV has not been delivered despite the promise to do so within 5 working days! Futhermore no explanation has been offered to us. The least that could have been done was have a consultant call us to explain the delay, instead we call daily..after which the consultant promises to follow-up and call back but they NEVER DO.
