Frustrated with your store and call centre-Ugrade

Dear Cell C (To Whom It May Concern)

I am appalled to deal with your incompetent staff and still with no clarification on what to upgrade to. On Saturday I went over to the Cell C shop at the Reds Mall in Centurion. I browsed through the brochure and enquired about upgrading to the advertised LG Optimus 9 as illustrated on the brochure. I was told by the salesperson in the store that the LG Optimus 9 advertised will not be available until March 2013 yet you advertise this in February 2013 for February 2013!!!
The Salesperson further pointed out that they have not been trained on the product, there is NO stock and most definitely will not be in a position to assist.
You talk of the CPA this does not confirm with the CPA!

Disappointed and annoyed at what was being told to me I then enquired about upgrading to the iPhone 5 16Gig advertised for R 399 p/m, here she told me this was for new contracts only!!! I cannot upgrade to that offer??? She did not know why?

This morning I called and spoke to Bridgett from your call centre (084145), who was again dumbstruck with what I queried as above, she mentioned that the LG Optimus 9 will be available in March 2013???
