I wrote a report on HelloPeter.com. They responded and said that the matter would be investigated. I was given a reference no 3046300.
To date not a peep from MTN.
I have now had to go to a pay as you go phone (even though I still pay the contract payment every month) to be able to remain in contact with my family and clients.
I am truly disappointed in the way MTN has conducted this matter. I have been a customer of theirs for more than 10 years and this is the level of service that I receive? Disgusting!!!
As soon as the contract period expires I will move to another service provider!
