Internet account not working for over a month

I recently took out a Cybersmart uncapped deal and it was working fine for the first month. After that it just stopped working and my account will not connect. I phoned in and was given a temporary account to use, but it has expired now and my original account is still not working. I have not received a call back from the representative and I have to wait 12th place in a queue to get through to anyone. I need my account to be active again ASAP.
