I received a call the same day to say that they will be solving my issue but nothing has been done.
My account has not been working for a month now so I expect to be refunded.
I am almost capped on my other ISP and will be internet-less unless you can actually supply me the service I am paying for.
Please sort out my account ASAP and let me know when I can use it.
