No Feedback Yet again!

I emailed MTN on Monday to cancel my current contract. I sent a follow up email on Tuesday. I have not received any type of confirmation from MTN with regards to my cancellation. Its is now 4 days later.

I have followed the correct procedure to cancel my contract and if it is not done then I will be handing this matter to my lawyers!
