Utmost poor client service / feedback

After receiving numerous SMS's from Autopage inviting me to upgrade my Cellphone contracts I visited Autopage at Riverside Mall, Nelspruit at the beginning of July 2013. I Received one cellphone that same day and the second one was delivered about two weeks later.
When I receive my bill for July I found that I was fully charged for data and SMS's. During the renewal no one informed me that my new contract will only be valid as from the first of August - not even the salesman Tiaan was aware of that. (He confirmed that on my follow up visit to discuss the account)
I phoned Autopage head Office on 27 th August speaking to Persa who told me to follow it up with the Riverside branch - I told her that I already did and I insist to speak to a senior person in her office. She forward me to somebody else who was actually busy and promised to phone back.
Lebalang phoned informing that my call will be attended to within 24 hours. Up to today I only received SMS's confirming the call log. (A1308271692, A1308271705, A1308271715, A1308271736, A1308271782) as well as SMS that my complaint escalation was successful. I was fully charged according to the bill received
