I had a billing complaint regarding an issue with Mira Networks (many complaints on hellopeter re. this issue). This was resolved by Olivia Isaacs (ref S3-T4O2P-PZ0Q).
However, the refund was not followed through by the accounts dept. 3 weeks and 4 emails later, they are still wasting my time with questions and emails.
The same thing happened a few years ago, when they agreed to refund an overcharge on a service that had been cancelled and never actually did it. That time I just gave up, because it had taken so much time to get to round 1.
I would now like to see a follow through!
