Recently due pathetic service from a few Cell C respresentatives and near the end of my patience and tolerance ONLY one Cell C respresentative stood out and went far beyond the extra mile. So it is with massive grattitude that I say a HUGE THANK YOU to JERRY NZIMANDE. Cell C needs to have you in the customers service training department or at the least QUALITY CONTROL of the level of service Cell C representatives deliver.
