UNFAVOURABLE FEEDBACK!!!

This company declined my application after informing them that I was
A victim of and providing all the information needed to support my application.
I even forwarded a letter from South African Prevention to give a clear indication
That someone was using my ID number to commit online.
There explanation was pathetic because they clearly do not understand was is.

Does this mean people who are victims of cannot apply for any credit even after
Reporting the case.
