During December my brand new phone went in for repairs, a phone which was 2 days old and was giving problems, so finally when I do get my phone back I'm told that I got a "new phone", which was not the case it was a refurbished phone, maybe I don't understand English but refurbished is not new, I really think its disgusting considering i paid for a new phone
