Ive BEEN paying for double what Im getting. Everytime I call, they admit to making a mistake, and promised it will be fixed immediately. Its been 3 months, and more than 10 phone calls made.
I went to the southgate store 3weeks ago and I was guaranteed that it was fixed that day, as well as that my statement would be adjusted accordingly, and back dated to reflect a discount over the last few payments I've made... The statement received today says otherwise...
