I loaded my complaint on the 14 January 2014, got a response only on the 20 January 2014 asking if all is okay. Now 2 days later phone is not working again.
The phone has not been working for over a month, since early December, made endless calls and numerous refence numbers later I am still waiting for them to fix the phone properly, they fix for 1 day and then it goes off again for days on end.
What kind of service are we paying for, telkom should reimburse me 2 months for the inconvenience they causing.
My mother is a pensioner, and she is alone at home, you would think they would prioritise, but they just greedy for the money, provide no service yet they expect payment.
