It has now been 2 weeks with NO or LITTLE connectivity, phoning the call centre is a hopeless case as you can't even get through. I am on a 4mb TI uncapped, and I can't use the internet at all, when I use another account of another ISP I get full speed. I hope somebody at HELLKOM can contact me regarding this, as I also get no joy from their reps on the forums and twitter, get back to me or I will cancel, I think more will follow as well.
