Call of Duty Ghost ports blocked?

I am a Telkom Internet subscriber on a 40GB Advanced Access cap. I have a PS3 that i used to play on-line multiplayers games like Call of Duty Ghosts. About two weeks ago, I could not access the multiplayer server to connect. After testing a number of issues, I decided to sign up for a trial mweb acount. Using the mweb account I could connect to the servers no problem, switching to Telkom stopped access.

I called customer service and they told me that if I purchase the additional Game Add-on for R49, I will be able to access the server. I told them that I already have a 40GB capped account and could play 3 weeks ago without any problems. The lady on the other side insisted that if I ever wants to play again, I must purchase the add-on.

It seems they are blocking the ports to the game servers forcing me to pay another R49 buck to open access.

Telkom can I kindly please ask to correct this issue, it is very un-ethical to ask more money for a service that I am already paying for. The only alternative is then to vote with my feet...
