Cutting off service

My BIS stopped working, so i duly called Vodacom this morning only to be told that they can see i recharged BIS on the 10.01.2014 but i will have to call their billing office. To which i did, only to be told i am to call 0115233123, the lady informed me that she cant help me and i am to call 0861103195. i called through to that number and explained this entire story, the agent then tells me he can my services reinstated at no cost but it will take 24 to 48 hours for the same to be done. After which every month i will now be BILLED for BIS when this was not was said to me initially. My BIS is still not working.who does this company think they are, falsely allowing clients to think they are vodacom, when they are not, and then cut off services from vodacom (when they are apparently vodacom) I am then told to re purchase a bis bundle!!! what kind of service is that?? I want my BIS rein stated, not at my cost!!
