During the month of December 2013, i received a call from Elite mobile who was ever so eager to convert my pay as you go line to a top up contract. I readily agreed to the same, with raising questions about my BIS. I was advised that my services that i recharge for will not be terminated as it was a top up contract i will receive airtime for a fee and am able to do what i like with it, if my services are to be terminated all i have to do is call vodacom to have them restored. Last night my BIS stopped working, so i duely called Vodsacom this morning only to be told that they can see i recharged BIS on the 31/12/2013 but i will have to call their billing office. To which i did, only to be told i am to call 0115233123, the lady informed me that she cant help me and i am to call 0861103195. i called through to that number and was asked to call back as their systems were offline. i called back and explained this entire story, the agent then tells me he can my services reinstated at no cost but it will take 24 to 48 hours for the same to be done. Afterwhich every month i will now be BILLED for BIS when this was not was said to me initially. My BIS is still not working.!
