Service Level Agreement!

Started a business, needed a phone contract. Happily, I chose MTN for a contract for 2 years on the 14/01/2014. However that was the activation date which states on my contract and up until today (18/01/2014) I haven't received my agreed airtime, sms and data. When I called on the 17/01/2014 agent Mpho told me within 2-24hrs it'll be activated. I called back after the 24hour SLA given and then Ashwin said by 6:40pm. I called back at 8pm and then still get the go around by Gugu and she was so incompetent at what she do I requested her supervisor, Phumi Mokoena which could not answer me nor make me happy as a customer! She kept on telling me Monday Monday Monday! That was not what I signed up for, for two years. I now have to put my newly started business on delayed due to incompetence and inexperienced which is a dent in to my business. I need help please since I cannot seem to resolve my query which now turned into a complaint.
