The service on my one line is still suspended and I have heard nothing from Cell C since a lady at customer service promised me on 8 January that she will take the matter up with accounts who will phone me back on that same day. I am not surprised. Cell C called me a valued customer very often. If this is how they treat valued customers, I do not want to be valued by them at all. I will not be an again and upgrade at Cell C. They are full of empty promises and unbelievably incompetent. If you need a the service of a cellphone company Cell C should not be your choice.
