I mr Roets send a text sms to 0836256015 at 20:03 I checked my account balance and it was on R5.91 and just after the 1sms it came down to R3.91 I called customer care 111 and they could not give me a answer? how is this possible for a single text message of 160 characters off peak to be charged R2? call me on 0722435499 to explain?
