I bought a new neotel contract for internet, i have now spent 3 days with 3 different people trying to get my services activated as i am not able to use the system, each time i get told the line is suspended and its the RICA DEPARTMENT, FUNNY THING IS NO ONE TALKS TO THE Rica DEPARTMENT as its always we will send an email and they will get round to it, i am paying for a service that i am unable to use due to no one actually giving a hoot about customer service.
i will be cancelling this contract because i will not be using people that are incapable
