MTN ignored my MAJOR billing issue

My data sim card was was and used to make calls which resulted in me paying MTN over R3000.
I inquired about this and blocked the card.
How can one make calls off a data sim card? How can MTN allow this? Even unlimited phone call contracts don't cost that much.
I asked for an itemised billing statement (which I paid for! TWICE) and still did not get what I needed to find who did this!
I have a string of emails to MTNs CIP team, who have ignored me and not even have the decency to even let me know, in person my query was being handled, other than automated responses.
I am highly infuriated! It has been 1 and half months and MTN hasn't done anything to help me!
