Good morning,
An unauthorized debit order has gone off my account (R199.00), with the above reference number. (3M-954812-1).
I demand that this be refunded to my account with immediate effect, as I did not subscribe to any service of this matter.
I expect this matter to be resolved within 10 days.

The above email was sent already on Monday, 28 October 2013. Up to now NO positive feedback has been received, except promises that I will be contacted. (same message over and over being received when demanding answers) I expect this matter to be resolved ASAP, and the unauthorised debit order stopped, and monies be refunded IMMEDIATELY. I am seeing this whole matter, in the same light as, given that money has been taken from my account without ANY permission.
