We reported billing and contractual discrepancies to the MTN store at Clearwater Mall on the 18th December 2013. On the 2nd January 2014, I followed up on the query and was told to contact the call center - 0831808 - which I subsequently did and was assured that resolution and feedback would be forthcoming within 48 hours, but to date NOTHING. I followed up with Wilhelm from the Clearwater branch again today and was met with a very nonchalant "we're a franchise store, take it up with head office". He did however provide me with the name of the supposed person who has been assigned as the responsible person, but clearly has done NOTHING - Nkosana Magazi.
