My internet and telephone line has been down for the last month and a half even after I was promised the technician will come on the 14 of January, yesterday I received a bill for December even though I couldn't use either phone or internet. First thing is my line going to to repaired this century and second how the can you send me a bill for a service I did not receive? Honestly Telkom is there anyone in your whole company who knows what they are doing?
