On Friday 15/11/2013 I was contacted by a Vodacom Sales Representative to inform me that I qualify for the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7" on contract. I took out the contract because it is only R 199.00 per month on Top Up. I received the Galaxy Tab and am very satisfied with it. But now here is my problem. When I was contacted to take out the contract, I was told that the contract includes the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7" AS WELL AS THE DSTV DRIFTA MOBILE DECODER. I have not received that decoder and when I inquired about it, I was told that I cannot get one because it was discontinued. How is that fair?! I WANT my DSTV DRIFTA!! I do not care where Vodacom gets one, but I want it because it was promised to me. I do not want to cancel my contract because like I said, I am very satisfied with my Tablet. Please attend to this matter and in future make sure of all your facts before selling products to customers.
