TELKOM exchange takes more than a week to repai

I reported faults with he exchange long ago and i was told the exchange was fine. Now it finally broke and it has been off line since last week Wednesday. Still no time or date given when the service will be restored.
But my full adsl rental will be charged this month but i have no adsl service as confirmed by telkom.

we cannot update our software on our printers and the production line is standing still.
